House Blend is made exclusively for Kama Gear, dialled in to the specs pro chefs actually rate. Our new supplier is just 17 hours down the road, basically local in firewood terms. It’s a solid mix of FSC-certified birch, oak and hornbeam, all sorted to a chunky 60mm minimum. Burns clean, hits high temps, holds steady heat and pairs with everything. Beef, chicken, veg, you name it. Downsides? Haven’t found one. Lump charcoal that hits different 🔥
