Warranty Registration & Guarantee Terms

To activate our extended warranty coverage, please register your product within 60 days of delivery. If you don’t register, a standard 1-year warranty will apply.

Our Guarantee

House of BBQ Innovations Ltd (registered address: Warehouse 1, Trinity Hall Farm, Hockliffe, Leighton Buzzard, LU7 9PY) provides different warranty terms depending on the product. Please refer to the breakdown below for specific coverage.

This warranty is issued solely by House of BBQ Innovations Ltd. No third party is authorised to amend its terms. It applies only to the original purchaser, or to someone who received the product new and unused as a gift. It is non-transferable and becomes void if the product is resold.

This warranty applies only to products purchased from House of BBQ Innovations Ltd or an authorised retailer, and used in the UK as intended and in accordance with the instructions provided. If you're unsure whether your retailer is authorised, or if you intend to export your product, please contact us for guidance on international warranty support.

What’s Not Covered

The warranty does not cover cosmetic wear or expected ageing that doesn’t affect performance:

  • Surface reaction on metal parts
  • Heat tarnishing or discolouration
  • Hairline cracks in ceramic that don’t affect structural integrity
  • Paint chips or surface scratches that don’t affect performance
  • Cosmetic wear from prolonged use or heavy cookware
  • Cracks caused by thermal shock or failure to follow care instructions
  • Commercial use unless registered with us

The warranty also doesn’t apply in the following situations:

  • Use of caustic or inappropriate cleaning products
  • Fair wear and tear
  • Accidental damage or incidental loss
  • Changes made to comply with laws or regulations
  • Modifications by you or a third party, including use of non-approved parts
  • Where no fault is found after inspection
  • Use with incompatible third-party products
  • Damage, loss or removal of equipment by you or others
  • Unauthorised alterations to the product

How to Make a Claim

If you need to make a warranty claim, email us at hello@kamagear.com with the following:

  1. Your full name
  2. Product serial number
  3. Clear photos of the issue
  4. Proof of purchase

We’ll get back to you as soon as possible.

Shipping the product to us for inspection is your responsibility. If no fault is found, you’ll need to arrange collection or cover disposal costs.

If the product is found to be faulty and covered under warranty, we’ll cover return shipping to you – UK addresses only.
