Internal Components

Our internal system is engineered for high-performance cooking. At the core is a modular fire-brick bowl rated to handle temps over 1000°C, way more than it’ll ever need. It’s properly over-engineered. You also get a dedicated basket for Lumpwood, a clean ash management system, and a six-piece, tiered three-level setup for both direct and indirect cooking.

The new Pro Cap gives you millimetre-level airflow control, from a 1 mm gap to fully open. The split cap lifts for a Quick Look at your cook without shifting temps, and closes when it’s raining.
