Shipping Information

Orders placed on Kamagear.com are processed Monday to Friday and are typically dispatched within 1–7 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive tracking information via email.

All orders are dispatched from the United Kingdom.

Please note: During busy periods and weekends, cancellation requests cannot always be guaranteed once an order has entered processing.

UK Delivery

Our latest shipping rates and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout. We offer free delivery when you spend over the qualifying threshold, and next-day delivery options are available for last-minute purchases where applicable.

EU & International Delivery

International shipping rates and delivery estimates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

VAT is not charged on international orders; however, local customs duties, taxes, and import fees may be payable upon arrival and remain the responsibility of the customer.

Please note: HOUSE OF BBQ INNOVATIONS LTD accepts no responsibility for customs duties, import taxes, clearance fees, or delays caused by customs authorities.

Delivery Restrictions, Remote Areas & Additional Charges

We deliver to most UK addresses; however, certain locations may be subject to delivery restrictions, extended transit times, or additional shipping charges. Availability for your delivery address will be confirmed at checkout. If no shipping options are displayed, please contact us and we'll be happy to help.

We can deliver to most areas of Northern Ireland, although some larger products may not be available for delivery to selected BT postcodes.

Deliveries to the Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Scottish Islands, and Isles of Scilly may be subject to courier restrictions depending on location and service availability.

We reserve the right to refuse delivery where an address is deemed insecure or unsuitable, including certain communal addresses, forwarding services, or PO Boxes. Should this affect your order, we will contact you as soon as possible.
