Shipping Information
Orders are processed Monday to Friday and are usually dispatched within 1–7 business days. All orders are shipped from the United Kingdom.
Order Processing
Orders placed on Kamagear.com are processed Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays. Once your order has been dispatched, tracking information will be sent by email.
Please note: During busy periods, weekends and public holidays, cancellation requests cannot always be guaranteed once an order has entered processing.
Back Orders & Pre-Orders
Please check the estimated delivery date shown on each product page before placing your order. These dates are estimates only and may change due to supplier delays, freight delays, customs clearance or other factors outside of our control.
If the estimated delivery date changes, we will update the product page as soon as new information is available. If you no longer wish to wait, you may request a full refund at any time before dispatch.
UK Delivery
Current shipping rates and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout or on the individual product page. We offer free UK delivery on qualifying orders over £20, with Next Working Day and Saturday delivery options available on eligible in-stock products.
EU & International Delivery
International shipping rates and delivery estimates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
VAT is not charged on international orders. Local customs duties, taxes, import fees and clearance charges may be payable on arrival and remain the responsibility of the customer.
HOUSE OF BBQ INNOVATIONS LTD accepts no responsibility for customs duties, import taxes, clearance fees or delays caused by customs authorities.
Delivery Restrictions, Remote Areas & Additional Charges
We deliver to most UK addresses, but some locations may be subject to delivery restrictions, extended transit times or additional shipping charges. Availability for your address will be confirmed at checkout.
We can deliver to most areas of Northern Ireland, although some larger products may not be available for selected BT postcodes. Deliveries to the Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Scottish Islands and Isles of Scilly may also be subject to courier restrictions.

We reserve the right to refuse delivery where an address is considered insecure or unsuitable, including certain communal addresses, forwarding services or PO Boxes. If this affects your order, we will contact you as soon as possible.
