How to change the NEXT-GEN gasket
Keeping your gasket fresh is a must. A worn-out seal means unstable temps and weak results—no one wants that. Swapping it out is easy and takes about 10 minutes.
How to do it:
🔥 Rip off the old gasket.
🔥 Sand off any leftover adhesive and residue.
🔥 Wipe it down with alcohol—get rid of dust, grease, and any build-up from past cooks.
🔥 Start at the back, center it using the hinge as your guide. Work your way around, pressing it down as you go. Don’t stretch it—it’ll shrink after a few burns.
🔥 Once the ends meet, place the joint strip on and tuck the edges under.
Job done. Back to cooking.
